Pilotage audits. How pilotage providers, ports and ship operators manage pilotage, audited against Marine Order 54, state and port rules and the provider’s own safety management system.
Vessel navigation audits. A SOLAS-standard audit of procedures, equipment and records, benchmarked to the frameworks charterers and vetting inspectors apply (DryBMS, RightShip RISQ).
Exempt master audits. Coastal and port pilotage exemptions assessed against Marine Order 54 and each port authority’s rules, evidenced on the bridge.
Bridge team audits. The bridge team observed working together in pilotage and restricted waters, then upskilled to best practice.
