Incidents

Ready before it happens. Clear answers after.

Emergency plans tested in practice, and independent investigation when something goes wrong.

Emergency response reviews and training

Tested for the worst case, before it happens.

Shipboard and shore plans checked against ISM Code section 8, then tested for the worst case: under pilotage, in confined waters or a Particularly Sensitive Sea Area. Collision, grounding, fire, flooding, steering failure, blackout and loss of propulsion, man overboard, enclosed space rescue, cargo shift, oil pollution and abandon ship. Every plan is drilled with the crew and shore team, so weaknesses are corrected before a real emergency puts them to the test.

Independent verification and incident investigation

The real cause. Nowhere to hide.

When something goes wrong, we cut through the data to what really happened and why. Groundings, collisions, near misses and pilotage incidents rebuilt from the VDR and ECDIS record, tested against interviews and traced to the root cause, not the convenient one. No cover-ups, no blame for its own sake: independent findings that owners, charterers and insurers can rely on.
